Financial Administrator Modis is currently seeking a Financial Administrator for a 6 month renewable contract with our excellent client in Northern Kentucky. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: • Coordinate project investment for the Information Systems Division. • Work with project leads to determine upcoming demand project investment and manage approved funding for projects. • Collect and report on financial data. • Analyze data and variance explanations across the organization to determine trends for projects. • The candidate must be able to understand basic project management concepts, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and organize and facilitate meetings across multiple locations. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Systems required • Experience in budgeting and tracking project capital and operating expenses • Knowledge of Project Management concepts • Strong communication skills, issue resolution • Software - Excellent Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and Access skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: • Information systems development & technology experience a plus • Ability to facilitate multi-site cross functional meetings • Experience in financial KPI creation • Knowledge of the following software a plus: PeopleSoft Financials, Planview, Cognos, Business Objects, OBIEE Reporting If this matches your skills and experience and you are looking for employment with a solid company, please send in your resume as soon as possible.
