Senior Manager, Global Leadership & Learning An opportunity exists to join the Global Talent team in its Global Leadership & Learning function. This role, sitting within the leadership development and Global Deloitte University work-stream, will be responsible for delivering a number of key projects in these areas that include (i) the design and delivery of cross-border leadership development programs that support a more consistent approach to developing leaders across our network and (ii) leading work-streams to help develop the vision and execution of Global Deloitte University. This is a global opportunity. Location is flexible and relocation will not be necessary. Frequent travel required with some projects likely requiring significant periods abroad. Knowledge and Experience * Highly experienced learning/talent professional, with experience in Learning Needs Analysis, Programme Design & Development and Solution implementation with a focus on leadership development * Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills (ideally across functions, industries and geographies/cultures) and experience in building consensus across diverse teams * Well-versed in leading edge learning designs; including simulations and action-learning with a focus on leadership development * Experience in (i) developing non-standardized, customized solutions for specific local conditions and (ii) enabling the solutions' ongoing implementation through collaboration with clients * Experience in designing, developing and implementing cross-border talent and learning solutions and specifically those that focus on leadership development a plus. * Experience in external consulting roles and understanding of consulting methodologies in problem identification, diagnosis and solution generation a plus. Skills * Proven team leadership skills * Experienced project management skills * Well-developed verbal and written communication skills for addressing diverse organisational targets groups * Ability to work independently and with limited close supervision in a virtual team and to travel relatively frequently (with some projects likely requiring significant periods abroad) * History of operating effectively in global teams * Fluency in English * Fluency in languages other than English a plus.
