Post-doctoral fellowship in nanobiomaterials for gene delivery Postdoctoral Fellow Position at Johns Hopkins University, Department of Materials Science and Engineering and Institute of NanoBioTechnology One postdoctoral fellow position is available at the Nanobiomaterials Laboratory of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and the Institute of NanoBioTechnology at the Johns Hopkins University. The Nanobiomaterials Laboratory focuses on developing novel polymeric materials and strategies for therapeutic delivery and regenerative medicine. Applications are invited for a postdoctoral fellow position in “Engineering Self-assembled Nanoparticles for Delivery of Nucleic Acid Therapeutics”. Johns Hopkins University offers world-class research environment in biomaterials research with extensive opportunities for collaboration with the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, the School of Public Health and the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, the Translational Tissue Engineering Center, the Whitaker Biomedical Engineering Institute, the Johns Hopkins Engineering in Oncology Center, and the Center of Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence. Interested candidates with Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g. Sc.D., M.D.) in biomaterials science and engineering, biomedical engineering, biopolymers, or related field may apply for this position. The successful candidate should be a self-motivated scientist with a strong research track record and excellent communication and writing skills.
