Post-doctoral position in bioinformatics and environmental microbiologyOur research group is currently recruiting a post-doctoral fellow who has experience in the area of bioinformatics, environmental microbiology, and microbial ecology. The successful candidate will be involved in an interdisciplinary project studying indoor air microbiology. A recent Ph.D. in bioinformatics, environmental microbiology, microbial ecology, molecular biology or a related discipline. Candidates should be familiar with next-generation sequencing platforms, phylogenetic analysis, advanced molecular techniques, and have a strong background in computational analysis. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential.
