Postdoctoral Fellow: Nano scale devices for genome sequencing postdoctoral researcher with strong background in nano scale CMOS device physics and fabrication technologies. The position is in Phoenix, Arizona. The postdoc will be responsible for designing and fabricating advanced nano scale field effect transistor devices for sensor applications, specifically for whole genome sequencing. Responsibilities include FET device design and fabrication in a class 100 cleanroom facility, design and build data acquisition systems, develop and set up experimental protocols and publish results in peer reviewed Journals. Requirements: -Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Physics or other related fields -At least three years of experience in nano scale semiconductor processing and fabrication techniques -Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and electrical characterization techniques -Strong background in design and building of data acquisition instrumentation -Experience in using LabView is a must.
